Description

The main objective of this call for tenders is to: - Meeting the need for support in uniformly unlocking and keeping up-to-date common products and services of the provinces, taking into account (changes in) relevant laws and regulations; - Providing a technical solution for the management of the Provincial Products Catalogue (PPC) for part of the provinces. The expected contract value per year is: - Lot 1: • 120 hours of editorial work and content management per year; • Organize, chair and support the Provincial Editorial Board (PPC Editorial Board) in which the 12 provinces consult on the text proposals at least once a quarter. It takes about 3 hours per consultation: - 0.5 hours of preparation, - 2 hours of attending consultations, - 0.5 hours of reporting. • Translating product texts from Dutch to English. - Lot 2: • License costs (including maintenance and management) per participating province and per new province to be connected; • One-off costs migration and implementation (including training and manual), linking to CMS at the participating provinces and per new province to be connected; • Further development of technical application (on recalculation).
