Description

The municipal company District Hospitals Mittelfranken is one of the largest clinics in the region of Central Franconia in the field of psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychosomatics, neurology and geriatric rehabilitation.
The district clinics of Central Franken plan to establish a specialist psychosomatic clinic on the site of Treuchtlingen. The functional and room programme has a target room programme area of approx. 6 000 m².
The project costs (KG 200-700) are estimated at around EUR 30000000,00 gross. The planning services pursuant to Section 33 et seq. of the HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10, service phases 1-9 in accordance with the HAV-KOM architect’s contract, are commissioned, as specified by the ZVB. As soon as the contract has been commissioned, the variant tests for performance phases 1 and 2 must be started in order to ensure that the application for inclusion in an annual hospital building programme is submitted to the funding authority by 12/2019 at the latest.
The services must start after the conclusion of the procurement procedure.
