France-Vendôme: Engineering services

Project management contract for the extension of the Minotaure to Vendôme. The contract is awarded in accordance with Articles 28 and 74 I and II of the Public Procurement Code relating respectively to the appropriate procedure and to project management contracts. The mission concerns the creation of a room for current congresses and music on the Minotaure complex in Vendôme.
The task entrusted to the project supervisor is the basic task defined by Decree No 93-1268 of 29 November 1993, for the category of new building works.
The basic mission elements entrusted are as follows: outline/before summary project/final project/project/assistance to the contracting authority for the award of works contracts/Visa of implementation studies/management of the execution of works contracts/assistance during acceptance operations, and during the full completion guarantee year, supplemented by the following additional tasks: Signals and SSI Coordination.
Acoustic treatment of this new building will be carried out. Candidates, whether individually or in the form of a consortium, must possess the following skills by themselves or by their co-contractors or subcontractors: architecture – fluid – acoustics – structure – scenography.
It is imperative for the contracting authority to be able to notify works contracts in June 2015. As a result, the time limits granted to the supervisor for carrying out the studies and the time limits which the contracting authority reserves for the validation of the elements of the assignment are deliberately limited.
