Description

The client intends to contract one party that can draw up both a pre-species management plan (Pré-SMP) and a species management plan (SMP) separately for the municipalities of Hoogeveen and de Wolden. These species management plans must enable a municipality to obtain a broad environmental permit per municipality, taking into account the environmental law. The pre-SMP should contain the elements set out in the pre-SMP policy framework of the Province of Drenthe, added as ‘Annex 2A/2B – Policy framework for the Pré-SMP Province of Drenthe’. The final SMP will also have to comply with the policy framework of the province of Drenthe in order to make an area-oriented exemption application possible. This policy framework has also been added as ‘Annex 3 – Policy framework SMP Province of Drenthe’. -
