Description

Dans l’optique d’uniformiser la STEM par vidéo (Surveillance des trains en marche), SNCF réseau a décidé de créer un marché afin d’industrialiser la solution pour les installations en place (régénération) et à venir (nouveaux sites).
La Surveillance des trains en marche (STEM) permet de vigiler les trains en circulation et d’en détecter les anomalies inhérentes, susceptibles de compromettre la sécurité du réseau ferré, de jour comme de nuit.
L'objet du marché est donc la fourniture de l'ensemble du système vidéo STEM, qui se décompose en deux parties séparées géographiquement:
— la fourniture de l'ensemble des matériels (caméras, dispositifs d'éclairage, de prises de sons, ...) pour couvrir la «zone de surveillance»;
— la fourniture du poste de visualisation appelé «poste de surveillance».
