1) The subject of the contract is to ensure the successive supply of liquid fuels: a) Diesel ON (standard, suitable for climatic conditions) in the amount of about 3.750,00 m3 b) Diesel ON (with improved low temperature properties) in the amount of about 15 m3 c) Unleaded petrol Pb-95 in the amount of about 840,00 m3 2) Deliveries will be made by the Contractor at his own expense. 4) The offered fuels must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and the Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018) and in the Polish Standard: a) standard diesel oil (ON) – PN-EN 590, b) diesel oil (ON with improved low-temperature coals) – PN-EN 590, c) Pb-95 petrol – PN-EN 228 5) Fuels offered by the Contractor must meet the conditions for marketing and use in Poland Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
