The contracting authority specified the detailed conditions for the performance of the contract in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No 5 to the FTZ – PPU. 6. Electricity distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between individual Customers (customers/payers) and the relevant distribution system operator (DSO).
