Description

The City of Vantaa put out to tender the physics, chemistry, biology, geography and mathematics teaching tools and chemicals used in comprehensive schools and upper secondary schools in the City of Vantaa and the City of Kauniainen (later the Subscriber). The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas as follows: 1. Educational tools in physics, chemistry, biology and geography 2. Mathematical teaching tools 3. Chemicals The tender comparison was made by sub-area. The tenderer was able to submit a tender in one or more areas. Contract suppliers are used in order of preference so that orders are placed primarily from the Supplier with the highest score. The contract period is two (2) years from 17 November 2025. The Subscriber reserves the right to extend the agreement for two (2) one (1) year option periods. In accordance with the joint procurement agreement, the City of Vantaa signed the invitation to tender on behalf of both cities. Products will be purchased during the contract period as necessary, and the Customer does not commit to a certain amount of purchase or value in euros.
