Description

The subject-matter of the contract shall include in particular: the supply, installation, commissioning and commissioning of a complete Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with minimum parameters: installed capacity ≥ 1,1 MW, installed capacity ≥ 4,15 MWh, including the performance of the required factory and acceptance tests, delivery to the site of operation and training of the Employer's staff. The subject of the contract must meet all the technical requirements set out in this FTZ and in the Description of the subject of the contract. Implementation of the subject of the contract under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for the years 2025-2026 Detailed scope of delivery and manner of performance of the contract are determined by the following documents constituting annexes to the FTZ: • Description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 1 to the FTZ (detailed technical, quality, normative and functional requirements for the BESS), • FAT procedure – Annex 1A to the FTZ, • SAT procedure – Annex 1B to the FTZ, • FAT protocol – Annex 1C to the FTZ. • SAT Protocol – Annex 1D to the FTZ. • Model contract – Annex 10 to the FTZ, containing full provisions on the performance of the contract.
