Kärnfastigheter, kallad Beställaren, tecknar ramavtal avseende VVS-Projekteringstjänster med minst tre (3) konsultföretag. Objekten, består till övervägande del av om- och tillbyggnader i eller i anslutning till Beställarens fastighetsbestånd som är skolor, daghem, idrottsanläggningar, vårdboende och övriga offentliga lokaler.
