Description

The contracting authority aims to equip the educational establishments with furniture in order to modernize the educational infrastructure. The aim is to purchase furniture for 2 educational establishments under the project ‘Equipping educational establishments in Târgu Secuiesc, Covasna, with furniture, teaching materials and digital equipment’. The purchase is divided into lots as follows: LOT 3 - Furniture for the Manócska Kindergarten Structure LOT 7 - Furniture for Nagy Mózes Theoretical High School Contract duration for each lot: 3 months Delivery time: maximum 30 days In accordance with Article 160(1) and (2) of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority shall set two time limits - a time limit within which it shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information. The first deadline for responding to requests for clarifications / additional information is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The second deadline to respond to all requests for clarifications / additional information is 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 13 days before the deadline for submission of the ferries.
