D-Hanover: construction work for buildings relating to health

At the request of Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH, a new building as a house B will be planned following the existing component House A.
The building is 5 floors with a full basement.
There are functional and treatment facilities in the base floors (E00 to E+ 01).
On levels E+ 02 to E+ 04, nursing facilities, with the corresponding operating and treatment rooms, are located. In the U01 basement, the technical building equipment, changing rooms and storage rooms are located.
A first entrepreneur has already been entrusted with the construction of the Haus B Building, the fit-for-purpose extension of the nursing facilities in Haus B (levels E+ 02 to E+ 04), as well as the refurbishment of house A and the addition of floors in Haus A.
The subject of this contract is the extension of floor floors in house B (levels E00 to E+ 01) and works in the basement (level U01) with the following functions:
Basement (U01), BGF= 1 964 m²:
The basement contains the central changing rooms, storage areas and technical areas.
Ground floor (E 00), BGF= 1 956 m²:
In the EC, reception care is assigned to the emergency centre in house A. In addition, functional diagnostic areas for women’s medicine and endoscopy are available.
