Description

The secondary school hosts 939 students in 30 divisions for a structure establishing these theoretical numbers at + 1 150 pupils per 37 divisions for 1 areas of 10 000 m² SHON. The operation extends to Building A and B and Building C of the half-pension by taking over the closed-end and cover: roofs and glazing, exterior insulation for all facades of the 3 buildings, except for the west façade of sheet A, for which 1 concrete take-back treatment is planned. Provision is made for the construction of a sports pole under building B and the revamp of the outdoor areas affected by the extension of the recreation courtyard and the resumption of networks. The access gateway to Building A shall be taken over in such a way as to meet accessibility standards. The project restores 1 open and crossed spaces between building A and B by removing the link building and bringing together the 2 courses while facilitating accessibility by fitting ramps and external routes.
