Contract for the execution of works having as object: ’ALIMENTATION WITH ELECTRIC ENERGY OF THE PERMANENT CONSUMPTION PLACE INTEGRATED COLLECTION CENTER AMPLATED IN SIBIU GUSTERITE DEAL AREA’ according to the specifications laid down in the tender documentation. - Estimated service value of the works = RON 432,584.47 excluding VAT . Duration of the contract: 3 months, of which: • The period of execution of the works - 2 months from the issuance of the order to start the works; • Reception of works – 1 month after notification of completion of works for acceptance at completion of works; Warranty term: The guarantee period granted to the works is 60 months from the date of admission of the acceptance report at the end of the works (according to the tender) Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 20 The contracting authority will send the reply to the clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
