Call for tenders with a European open procedure for the conclusion of a framework contract for the performance of repairs of: about 1,500 underground and above-ground collection containers (this number increases as more containers come out of the warranty with the current suppliers) and 150 disposal containers. The services include: Repairing underground and above-ground collection containers and disposal containers. Repairing bodywork. Taking care of small construction work. NB: the transport of containers to and from the repair shop/service location of the contractor is carried out by the Municipality of Breda and therefore falls outside the scope of tendering procedure Purpose The purpose of this tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a duration of 2 years starting on 15 February 2025. The client has the unilateral right to extend it twice for one year. Decisions on these extension(s) shall be made on the basis of an evaluation of the performance achieved. The client wishes to conclude a contract with a contractor who attaches great importance to quality and a proactive and service-oriented service and who actually implements this.
