The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, calibrators, control materials, consumables, together with the lease of an automatic analyzer for the determination of specific proteins by immunoturbidimetric method in serum, urine and PMR, diagnostic kits for the UCKWUM for a period of 24 and 36 months, divided into 2 lots. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to the SWZ – Assortment and price form, Annex 2.1 to the SWZ- Form of technical and evaluated parameters (for Lot 1) The minimum period of validity of the goods covered by the subject of the contract is: - dot. Parts 1 and 2 - min. 6 months from the date of delivery to the Customer's registered office. Deliveries of products with a shorter period of validity may be allowed in exceptional situations and each time consent to them must be given by the authorized representative of the Ordering Party. OPTION RIGHT: The Ordering Party, acting on the basis of Article 441 of the Act, may, under the option right, order the Contractor to carry out additional deliveries consistent with the subject of the basic contract referred to in the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 2 to the tender specifications. The Ordering Party will exercise the right of option referred to in point above by submitting declarations in this respect.
