Description

The subject-matter of the contract concerns the provision of support to the manufacturer of the device by means of a hotline 24/7, providing access to qualified and experienced maintenance personnel and ensuring the reliability of the turbogenerator, at a level consistent with the Contracting Authority’s objectives. The main scope of the contract is: (1) Installation of diagnostic systems and software, (2) diagnostics, interpretation, reporting, advice, consultation and technical support 24h/day, (3) carrying out inspections, overhauls, medium appliances and system repairs and maintenance, (4) ongoing non-limiting and limiting failures and ensuring the reliability of the turbogenerator at the required level, (5) supply of strategic components, supply of refurbishment parts, supply of system components, (6) specific analyses, calculations and expert judgement of the equipment.
