Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude, by Resah acting as a central purchasing body under Article L. 2113-2, 2° of the Code, a framework agreement with purchase orders for the performance of maintenance, repair and redevelopment of buildings. It covers the following works: - maintenance, repair, improvement, compliance or maintenance of buildings (buildings, premises, networks) and internal and external technical installations; - adaptation, routine fitting-out, redevelopment, restructuring, rehabilitation (deep refurbishment of an old structure involving a profound change in volumes or a significant redistribution of space) and reuse (change in the use of an old structure) of buildings (buildings, premises, networks) and indoor and outdoor technical installations; - made necessary by emergency situations (theft, voluntary or non-voluntary damage, fire, flood, storms and other disasters) or technical malfunctions (breakdowns, leaks on networks, power cuts, etc.) of buildings (buildings, premises, networks) and indoor and outdoor technical installations; - relating to the maintenance of the safety of persons and property. The works covered by this framework agreement are excluded from the scope of Law No. 85-704 of 12 July 1985, as amended, on public project management and its relationship with private project management and its decrees and implementing decrees (known as the "MOP" law on recourse to external project management), now codified in the Public Procurement Code.
