1. The subject of the contract is: ‘Supply of foodstuffs for KPW Świnoujście’, broken down into parts: Part No 1 – Vegetables and potatoes Part No 2 – Fruits of Grass I Part No 3 – Fruits of Grass II 2. The assortment and quantities of the individual goods are set out in the price form constituting, respectively, Annex 2 to the FTZ for Part 1, Annex 3 to the FTZ for Part 2, Annex 4 to the FTZ for Part 3. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order of individual products is included: for Part 1 in Annex 5 to the EMS, for Part 2 in Annex 6 to the EMS, for Part 3 in Annex 7 to the EMS.
