Description

Purchase of supply. Place of delivery: Municipality of Rho. Low voltage delivery points specified in the ‘summary list of delivery points’ form annexed to the special specifications. During the period of validity of the contract, the Municipality of Rho may, at its own discretion, have its own additional and new supply points not included in the utility prospectus entered into the contract.
Duration of the contract: years one. The Municipality of Rho may, if the legal conditions are met, proceed to a maximum annual renewal of the contract, subject to the same agreements and conditions, except as provided for in Article 5 of the special conditions.
