Description

Die NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH schreibt hiermit für die Stadt Waltrop und den Ver- und Entsorgungsbetrieb Waltrop AöR die Arbeiten für die Entwässerung und den Straßenbau für das geplante Gewerbegebiet "Im Dicken Dören" in Waltrop aus. Die Arbeiten beinhalten den Bau eines Regenrückhaltebeckens, den Bau der Schmutz- und Regenwasserkanalisation sowie den Straßenbau im Gewerbegebiet und den Umbau der L 609. Mit den Arbeiten ist direkt nach Auftragserteilung zu beginnen. Die Arbeiten sollen Ende April 2027 abgeschlossen sein.
