Description

The Signiant system is responsible in ZDF for the entire file transfer between the Land studios and the headquarters, as well as for the exchange of material with partner companies and other television broadcasters. The system consists of the central servers for workflow, database and web servers, as well as data transport agents distributed throughout the network. The workflows are specifically adapted to the requirements of the ZDF and consist of too large parts of components also produced for the ZDF on a needs-based basis.
