Die Leistungsanforderung besteht in der Sicherstellung der Compliance im Bereich sämtlicher Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen aufgrund aktueller (Green Deal), sich ändernder (Bsp. Omnibus VO) und neuer (Clean Deal) Regularien auf EU- und nationaler Ebene mit Schwerpunkt CSRD, Taxonomie, CSDDD und Dekarbonisierung, insofern sie die AG und ihre Tochterunternehmen im eigenen Wirkungsbereich sowie im Bereich der vor- und nachgelagerten Wertschöpfungskette betreffen.
