The provisions of this contract concern: - operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning): P2+P3 type contract for municipal buildings connected to the district heating network of the city of Blagnac - the P2 is fixed-rate and annual, with an obligation of results associated with the implementation of resources, to ensure: - the routine, preventive and curative maintenance of installations and equipment, - the operation, monitoring, control and adjustment of all installations and equipment - urgent interventions and repairs - the P3 is flat-rate and annual, to ensure the "full guarantee" i.e. the major maintenance and renewal of the installations concerned. These are: - to maintain at all times, throughout the duration of the contract, the good working and maintenance condition and the maintenance of the performance of the installations. The incumbent guarantees the continuity and security of the service. The services are paid by flat-rate prices
