Description

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of the bypass of the city of Biała Podlaska will be carried out in stages. As part of stage I, it is planned to expand the existing al. Solidarity from the intersection with DK 2 to km 2+140 and the construction of a new route towards the existing military airport. As part of stage II, the execution of the extension of al. Solidarity towards the south to the provincial road No. 812. Phase II will be subject to a separate administrative procedure. The investment provides for the execution of all necessary elements for the efficient and safe movement of all traffic participants, the implementation of an appropriate drainage system, lighting and the reconstruction of conflicting with the investment network of underground and ground weapons. 2. The investment is planned to be co-financed from the funds of the Government Road Development Fund, on the basis of co-financing agreement No RFRD-54/2023 of 19 July 2023. 3.
