1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of laboratory furniture, described in detail in Annex 1 to the EMS, hereinafter referred to as ‘Furniture’, to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, i.e. building B - floor 01 – rooms without numbering, so-called large room, laboratory with fume cupboard, laboratory 1, laboratory 2, corridor 2, corner laboratory, - floor 02 – rooms without numbering, so-called large room, laboratory with fume cupboard, laboratory 1, laboratory 2, corridor 1, - floor 03 – rooms without numbering, so-called large room, laboratory with fume cupboard, corridor, laboratory 2, laboratory 3, cold store, located in Poznań at ul. Noskowski 12/14 together with the submission and assembly, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ
