Description

Il Comune di Sestri Levante (GE) affida ad operatori economici, a norma dell'art. 45-bis del codice della navigazione (r.d. 327/1942) e previa selezione condotta tramite procedura d’evidenza pubblica (D. Lgs. 50/2016, art. 60), la gestione di ciascuna delle seguenti spiagge libere attrezzate (SLA):
— SLA 2 (nord) — CIG: 8593439A31 — Fronte mare metri lineari 80, concessione demaniale n. CDM AC/2021/001, con annesso chiosco bar e strutture di servizio da realizzare dal gestore,
— SLA 3 (sud) — CIG: 8593442CAA — Fronte mare metri lineari 80, concessione demaniale n. CDM AC/2021/001, con annesso chiosco bar e strutture di servizio da realizzare dal gestore.
Entrambe in concessione allo stesso Comune (prima scadenza della concessione 31.12.2024).
