In order to ensure the conservation of the heritage and the continuity of the service, the COULOMMIERS COUNTRY OF BRIE AGGLOMERATION COMMUNITY wishes to entrust, at the expense and risk of the concessionaire, the operation of the public wastewater treatment service - collective sanitation and non-collective sanitation - on the EAST perimeter of its territorial jurisdiction consisting of the following municipalities: - Collective sanitation: Communes of Amillis, Aulnoy, Beautheil-Saints, Boissy-le-Châtel, La Celle-sur-Morin, Chailly- en-Brie, Chevru, Coulommiers, Dammartin-sur-Tigeaux, Faremoutiers, Guérard, Marolle-en- Brie, Mauperthuis, Mouroux, Pézarches, Pommeuse, Saint-Augustin, Touquin, Chauffry: - Non-collective sanitation: Communes of Amillis, Aulnoy, Beautheil-Saints, Boissy-le-Châtel, La Celle-sur-Morin, Chailly- en-Brie, Chevru, Coulommiers, Dammartin-sur-Tigeaux, Faremoutiers, Guérard, Marolle-en- Brie, Mauperthuis, Mouroux, Pézarches, Pommeuse, Saint-Augustin, Touquin, Dagny, Giremoutiers, Hautefeuille, Chauffry The following services are concerned: - Collection and treatment of waste water; - Management of non-collective sanitation limited to facility controls.
