Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of computer parts and accessories, software, hard disk shredders and the extension of the disk matrix to the Marshal’s Office of the Śląskie Voivodeship, broken down by range, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (SOPZ) in Annex 1 to the model contract, which is Annex 3 to the ToR. The additional conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the model contracts constituting Annexes 2a, 2b and 2c to the contract.
The subject of the contract will be delivered to:
— for ranges I to IV and VII to X: in accordance with the Contractor’s tender, up to a maximum of 20 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract,
— for ranges V, VI: up to 20 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract,
but not later than 30.12.2016, it applies to all windows.
