Remediation and miscellaneous works - One-off works in watercourses Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
This consultation concerns: - Remediation works: connection works, limited network extensions, construction of various structures, as well as low-linear rehabilitation works, maintenance and repair of waste water and heat networks and ancillary works; - Occasional material management work in watercourses located within the SILA's jurisdiction. During floods, materials/sediments can be moved by the force of water and deposited in areas at stake vis-à-vis the risk of flooding (at the right of a inhabited area, upstream of an art work or crossing...). In this context and in order to prevent the risk of flooding by overflowing watercourses, the SILA may be required to intervene post-crude to move / scour the materials and re-inject them into a stretch of watercourse without built issues or infrastructure. This work is carried out in the context of the general interest and the SILA's "Grand Cycle de l'eau" competence. SILA's interventions in relation to the "Grand Cycle de l'eau" competence are defined in the SILA's governance charter, deliberated by the trade union committee on 27 June 2022. It specifies that crisis management during floods is carried out by municipalities (cf. governance charter) Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
