Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om te komen tot een rechtmatige opdracht voor het beschikbaar stellen (installeren, implementeren, hosten, beheren, configureren, opleiden) van een VTH-applicatie. Een systeem dat de gemeente op het gebied van vergunningen, toezicht en handhaving volledig ondersteunt. De nieuwe applicatie moet: o Waar mogelijk, zoveel mogelijk ingericht zijn op het verhogen van de digitale en geautomatiseerde uitvoering van de VTH-processen. o Een impuls geven aan de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de dienstverlening. o Gebruiksvriendelijk zijn. Onder de vergunning processen wordt verstaan de processen in het kader van de Omgevingswet en de vergunningen APV en bijzondere wetten. De opdracht betreft een overeenkomst. De initiële looptijd van de overeenkomst bedraagt 4 jaar. Daarna is er een optie tot eenzijdige verlenging van de gemeente van 3 keer 2 jaar.
