Description

De gemeente Drimmelen wenst een contractpartij te selecteren die de locatie Lageweg te Terheijden gaat huren. De contractpartij dient minimaal 60 flexwoningen (en maximaal 70 flexwoningen) op eigen risico te ontwikkelen, te financieren, te realiseren en te verhuren. De contractpartij dient tevens het projectgebied zelf bouw- en woonrijp te maken en het beheer en onderhoud van de private openbare ruimte te verzorgen gedurende de exploitatietermijn. Ook is de contractpartij verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van passende verkeersontsluitingen Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten.
