Description

Request for information - procurement of flowers and plants. OsloMet shall procure flowers and plants, including flower arrangements and arrangements for various occasions. OsloMet would like to use this dialogue with the market in the form of this request for information. All replies are confidential and will only be used in the mapping of the market and the service. Question: 1: Is the entity a member of Ethical Trade? 2: If no to question 1, does the company have other environmental certifications? If yes, mention which ones. 3: Does the company use due diligence assessments? If so, which one, describe very briefly. 4: Delivery routine: Briefly describe the order deadlines as well as the delivery date. The delivery date ought to include the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority. 5: Express delivery: Does the company offer express delivery so that delivery is, for example, by 09:00 at the Contracting Authority? If so, state the order deadline and the delivery date. 6: Transport: What type of vehicle is used for delivery of orders? Type of vehicle/zero emission/own bids or forwarder? 7: Punch-out: Does your business have a punch-out system that supports OCI 3.0 format? If so, describe very briefly. 8: How much of the products/processes are environmentally certified? Examples of environmentally certified products/processes can, for example, be Fairtrade, Swan Labels etc. Describe very briefly. Guidance for questions 4 and 5: OsloMet envisages four scenarios that may occur when delivered: 1: Orders registered by the order deadline - normal delivery time. 2: Orders registered after the order deadline - normal delivery time. 3: Orders registered within the order deadline - Delivery within a specific time interval (e.g. by 09.00/between 17:00-19/and lign. 4: Orders registered after the order deadline - Delivery within a specific time interval (e.g. by 09.00/between 17:00-19/and lign. The deadline for replying to the above is Thursday 05.05. June 2025. Responses should not be more than 1.5 pages. Relevant annexes, for example certifications, can be submitted as an annex, but this is not required. Responses are to be sent to Evelina Krajina at evkra5297@oslomet.no.
