1. The subject of the contract is the extension of the provincial road No 401 in accordance with the conditions of the SWZ. The investment is located in the Opolskie voivodeship, in the district of Brest, in the municipality of Olszanka. The aim of the investment is to improve traffic conditions by building a new road structure and improving road safety, along with the reconstruction of existing ditches in order to properly drain the reconstructed road and rebuild the exits to property and fields. This project includes: 1) construction of a new roadway structure on the section from km 0+000 (11+133,50) to km 2+030 (13+163,50), 2) reconstruction and reconstruction of drainage ditches, 3) construction of paved shoulders, 4) reconstruction of culverts, 5) construction of technological channels, 6) construction of new vertical and horizontal markings, 7) reconstruction of an engineering facility in km 1+467,19 with dimensions of 13,50x0,6 m, 8) reconstruction and construction of public and individual exits with existing culverts, 9) installation of greenery, including felling of some trees and shrubs located in the road lane.
