Description

Works contract for the reconstruction on a new site of the EHPAD in Bédarrides (84). New construction of a building of approximately 5 370 square metres with 98 EHPAD beds and built on 4 levels (Rez-de-Chaussée, Rez-de-Garden, and 2 floors). The establishment, classified as an ERP of category 4, type J, forms part of the Garrigue Area, within a 8 855 square metre blank parcel. The new EHPAD will have, inter alia: — meal production kitchen – lingerie for the treatment of the entire laundry circuit – a mortuary/morgue room, – occupational therapy, physiotherapy, hairdressing and aesthetic care, – an animation room and occupational-activity rooms, – a PASA – an administrative/logistical/technical hub, etc. The operation is the subject of a high-quality environmental approach and is part of RT2012.
