Description

Das Bau-und Immobilienmanagement von Diakoneo KdöR beabsichtigt den Bau der „integrierten Arbeitslandschaft Neuenmarkt". Diese besteht aus dem Neubau einer Werkstatt für Menschen mit Behinderung (WfbM) mit 250 Plätzen und dem Neubau einer Förderstätte mit 48 Plätzen. Der Neubau der beiden vorgenannten Einrichtungen ersetzt eine bereits bestehende Einrichtung und wird gefördert. Das Gebäude umfasst eine dreiteilige Kammerstruktur der Werk- und Förderbereiche mit einem förderfähigen Bedarf von ca. 5 089 m² für die WfbM und von ca. 1 324 m² für die Förderstätte. Die Außenanlagen sind durch begrünte Innenhöfe mit Pausen- und Ruheflächen, einen barrierefreien Vorplatz, sowie umfangreiche Erschließungswege u. a. für die Anlieferung der Werkstätten und die Zufahrt von Mitarbeitern, geprägt.
