France-Bordeaux: Security services
This draft public contract is awarded pursuant to Book III of Part 2 of the Public Procurement Code (defence or security) by negotiated procedure with prior publicity (Articles R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Code). This procedure takes place in two stages: this notice concerns the 1st phase, i.e. only one call for applications (phase 1 – application); a consultation file (CED) will be sent at a later stage and only to the candidates admitted to tender (phase 2 – tender).
This project will lead to the conclusion of a so-called composite public contract, in so far as, in part, the method of purchasing the framework agreement will be used (Articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the Code).
It will therefore recover some of the services which are recurrent and can be performed as soon as notification is given, and in part any services requested at their express request, giving rise to order forms (Article R. 2362-8).
Under this contract, the Contractor shall provide all the equipment (vehicles) necessary for the performance of the services, in particular the fire-fighting equipment suitable for ‘an intervention on drill lights, lights in urban perimeter, fires in industrial perimeter and aircraft fire, emergency to person’.
