Description

bpost est à la recherche d'un adjudicataire qui prendra en charge la production complète du matériel imprimé destiné à ses points de vente, ses clients, ses employés. Est défini comme « matériel publicitaire imprimé » dans le cadre du présent marché l'ensemble des matériels de promotion et de visibilité fabriqués partiellement ou entièrement en papier et/ou carton et/ou vinyle et/ou carton mousse et/ou Forex et/ou Re-board et/ou toutes sortes d’autocollants, avec éventuellement un nombre minime d'éléments en plastique et/ou en métal et/ou en caoutchouc, ainsi que certains supports de promotion et de visibilité fabriqués entièrement en PVC. En ne subdivisant pas le marché en différents lots, bpost vise l'obtention d'un avantage économique, l'optimisation des conditions contractuelles et la mise en place d'une gestion efficace. La majeure partie du matériel à fournir dans le cadre du présent marché concerne des imprimés offset traditionnels ou du digitale, ainsi que de la personnalisation (traitement de bases de données) et du direct mail, avec de la mise sous enveloppe, de la préparation pour expédition vers différentes adresses et dépôt
