Description

1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the roadway ul. Poznańska in Zielona Góra – bituminous surface on the foundation in the MCE technology along with the reconstruction of pavements, exits and bus bays, the replacement of traffic lights and the construction of lighting for pedestrian crossings. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex I.2 to the FTZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.5. SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the design documentation and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works contained in Annex I.5 to the FTZ. 4. The contracting authority informs that, for the scope specified above, the cost estimate (measurement) remuneration was adopted on the basis of the quotation estimate contained in Annex I.4 to the FTZ, which must be submitted together with the tender in accordance with point 6.1.6) of the . FTZ.
