Description

New construction of a logistics centre in Birsfelden with an AEMP. It is a solid construction, which is divided into basic construction and tenant expansion. The building consists of a head construction (office use) and a hull construction (warehouse/logistics and AEMP).In this call for tenders, the services for the ventilation of the tenant extension are advertised. The tender includes the ventilation of the AEMP clean room area, the rest of the AEMP environment, EX protection and hazardous substance rooms, roof control centre, as well as the storm ventilation systems of the refrigeration centre and fine distributions in the office area. The indoor air quality as well as the indoor air cooling in the clean rooms is ensured by means of a central circulating air system. The cleanroom area is designed with a room pressure cascade. The exhaust air from medical devices is directly collected and evacuated.
