Description

The Council is awarding a framework agreement for the provision of Public Rights of Way Structures and General Contracting. The framework agreement is for a period of 2 years with an option to extend by a period of up to 12 months. This Framework Agreement is also being tendered on behalf of:
— North York Moors National Park Authority,
— Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority,
— Scarborough Borough Council,
— Richmondshire District Council,
— Hambleton District Council,
— Craven District Council,
— Harrogate Borough Council,
— Selby District Council.
Suppliers should note that each participating public sector organisation reserves the right to use this Agreement however; there is no guarantee or commitment of any usage.
Sites within the Lots (geographic areas) will generally comprise of remote locations on private farmland, access will often be via 4 wheel drive vehicles, and the Contractor(s) will be responsible for accessing sites in a safe manner without causing undue damage. Structures and general contracting requirements will be subject to call-off from the Agreement - no commitment or guarantee of volumes or value of work is given.
