Description

The subject-matter of the contract, consisting of 7 lots, involves the execution of design documentation for the task listed in Annex 8 to the ToR, together with obtaining a final decision on the construction of the works.
The subject matter of the contract must be carried out in two stages:
(a) ETAP I Concept and execution of project documentation, obtaining legally required decisions and permits, opinions and certificates and arrangements;
(b) ETAP II – participation in the committee’s work in the tendering procedure for the execution of the works in question and exercise of copyright supervision.
The documentation must be drawn up in accordance with the requirements set out in the Annex. No 1 to the ToR and the standards and regulations in force.
