Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky léčivých přípravků s obsahem účinných látek sevofluran a desfluran (ATC skupiny N01AB08, N01AB07) pro inhalační podání u operačního výkonu u pacientů ve schválených indikacích dle SPC platného ke dni podání nabídky s bezplatnou výpůjčkou 19 ks odpařovačů na sevofluran a 14 ks odpařovačů na desfluran kompatibilních s anesteziologickými přístroji uvedenými v Příloze č. 8 (Počet a typ odpařovačů) a bezplatné zajištění servisu (včetně náhradních dílů) a bezpečnostně-technických kontrol (včetně náhradních dílů).
