The subject of the public contract is the supply of equipment, according to individual parts: The public contract is divided into 4 lots, as permitted by Sections 35 and 101 of the Act. Tenders may be submitted for one, more or all lots, each lot being assessed and evaluated separately. The tender for each lot must be submitted separately.
