Description

In accordance with the Expanded National Library Strategy – until 2025, the National Library of Norway continues the scheme for free access to metadata for Norwegian publishing literature to all libraries. From November 2024 the National Library of Bokbasen is the supplier of bibliographical descriptions, summary and cover pictures. The tender contest shall supplement the delivery from the Book Base with a subject description, i.e. classification in accordance with Norsk WebDewey and the content descriptive subject words of Norwegian publishing literature.
