Description

The purpose of this consultation is the award of an order form contract for painting work on the common parts of the homes of the Opievoy group, homes and homes for the elderly as part of major maintenance operations and major repairs to the existing heritage and may be the subject of work on new surfaces located throughout Île-de-France.
This work will mainly be carried out on existing buildings in the occupied environment.
The contract is multi-contractor and will be awarded to 3 persons, subject to a sufficient number of applications and tenders. Failing this, the contract may be awarded to one or two undertakings.
The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year with effect from the date of its notification and may be renewed 3 times by express decision of the contracting authority.
The contract may not exceed the total duration of 4 years.
The deadlines for performance shall be specified for each site when each order form is notified.
Work will start in the 1st quarter of 2015.
