1. The proceedings are conducted with a view to concluding a framework contract for the supply of printers, hereinafter referred to as ‘printers’ or ‘assortment’. 2. The contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted divided into two tasks: 1) Task 1 – Delivery of printers – Type 1; 2) Task 2 – Delivery of printers - type 2. 3. In accordance with Art. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 237 April 2016.
