Description

1. The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan up to the amount of PLN 8 900.011,12 for the Szczecinecki District to finance investment tasks planned to be carried out in 2026. (a) The contracting authority reserves the right to change the investments planned to be financed in 2026 from the loan, as well as to change the loan amount for individual investment tasks - in connection with the above, the contracting authority agrees that the loan taken out is a working capital loan. (b) the deadline for the implementation of investment works planned to be financed from the loan applied for, includes the period from the first quarter to the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. (c) the loan funds will be used to finance current liabilities and partially to refinance expenses already incurred in 2026, as part of the investment is already underway. 2. The loan will be interest-bearing on the basis of WIBOR 1M plus the bank's margin. The interest rate will result from the offer of the selected Contractor, 3. The loan will be secured by a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration on which the Treasurer’s countersignature will be submitted.
