Description

Preventive maintenance of ventilation installations; air-treatment cabinets for the supply and disposal of conditioned air in nursing towers, operating rooms, laboratories and offices, total approx. 370 units.
Maintenance includes cleaning all components, periodically replacing strings and bearings, updating internal and external damage to insulation and plating. The work also includes checking, adjusting and functional testing of control components. This is until the first block valve in the pipeline network.
Preventive maintenance of the smoke drainage installations for the squares and the covered central areas between the parts of the building; total approx. 44 discharge cabinets.
For lifts; approximately 102 lift engine room lators.
Cleaning of ceiling induction units twice a year in the nursing towers and offices. These have been introduced recently and are further extended in the case of renovations of building parts. Currently around 1 100 pieces.
Cleaning of textile air sharing hoses in laboratories; total approx. 100 pieces.
The supply and installation of air filters for the air-handling installation. The filters are exchanged on the basis of an annual cycle, approximately 3 000 pieces each year.
The replacement of HEPA filters in operating rooms and laboratories. These filters, some dozens, are periodically exchanged cyclic.
Corrective maintenance shall be carried out on all components for air-conditioning installations in substations technical rooms from block shut-off.
