Description

The subject of the contract is DISTRIBUTION OF TAURIA 12 AND KVERNELAND OPTIMA V. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts: 1) Part 1: Adaptation of the Tauria 12 spreader owned by the Contracting Authority to the requirements of digital agriculture by granting a license for software and wiring enabling two-way data transmission, downloading a signal from the tractor positioning system enabling automatic operation of the control system of the spreader section, online cooperation with the chlorophyll content sensor. 2) Part 2: Adaptation of the Kverneland Optima V point seed drill held by the Contracting Authority to the requirements of digital agriculture by granting a license for software and wiring enabling operation based on a GPS signal with automatic section control, and bi-directional data transmission. The scope of the contract shall cover separately for each lot: 1) granting a license for the software on the terms set out in paragraph. 16 and further § 2 of the draft provisions of the agreement, constituting Annex 7 to the FTZ from the date of signing the transfer and acceptance protocol referred to in § 4(5) of the draft provisions of the agreement, constituting Annex 7 to the FTZ and launching the digital functions covered by the licence; 2) installing wiring enabling bi-directional data transmission / installing wiring enabling operation based on a GPS signal with automatic section control and bi-directional data transmission 3) training the Employer's staff in the operation of digital functions activated by the granted license (max. 10 people) within the time limit agreed with the Employer; 4) granting a minimum 12-month guarantee for the subject of the contract on the terms specified in § 5 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 7 to the FTZ (in accordance with the contractor's declaration submitted in the tender).
